QR codes provide an easy transition from the physical to digital worlds without having to type an URL. To be effective, QR codes need clear, brief, contextual information and must lead the user to relevant pages. Nielsen Norman's QR code usability guidelines provide more information.

A QR code cannot be created until you provide a landing page URL. If you need to create or update a landing page, please submit a web submission to the Digital Platforms team. Two weeks notice is required.

If you are approved for a Navilens code, you will need to provide a sentence with a maximum 94-character count (including spaces). This sentence should describe the landing URL to the user.
